In the web administration interface, click "Add" and select the "Q&A" option
New questions and answers are assigned to categories
Save and publish.
You can edit FAQs at any time, rearrange their order and select other categories.

Enter application settings
Click Manage FAQs
Problems creating or selecting media files to add
When editing an answer, click the video, image or GIF icon
Add a media file from the media library and save it.
You can edit the title in the Settings tab within the app. If you don't want to display the title, you can disable the title in "Information to Display".
